Cancellations
In order to best respect the time of both myself and those on my cancellation list, I do require 24 hours notice of any appointment that needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. If I do not receive 24 hours notice, you will have a 50% fee for all services book due before any additional services can be booked.


Refunds
I want you to love any and all products you take but sometimes things don't work out the way we were expecting. Any unopened product can be returned within 14 days and any opened product can be returned with a 25% restock fee or exchanged for another product within 14 days.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction and always want them to be happy with their hair. In the event that you are unhappy with your service, please notify me within 7 days. I believe that is enough time to wash and style your new hair and get a feel for the cut and color. Although I do not offer refunds, I am more than happy to do everything I can to adjust your color or cut to your liking! I never want my guests to feel like they can't tell me they need an adjustment!
If what you are wanting to adjust is different than what we originally agreed upon during our consultation, it will be considered a different service and will be charged as such.
