In order to get to know you better, I'll have you fill out my
New Guest Form to tell me a little more about yourself and your hair goals!
Once I receive your new guest form, I will review it and make sure I am the right stylist for you. You'll then receive a text within 72 hours with my booking link and a recommendation for what services would be a good fit!

My goal is to make you feel relaxed and pampered while you're in my chair. That's why I've created a welcoming and peaceful environment where you can enjoy your appointment in any way you like, whether that means browsing social media, working on your laptop, or reading that latest book everyone's been talking about.
Step 1 : consultation
Arguably the most important step! We will start with an extensive consultation where we can get on the same page. That means hair goals, color history and desired
maintenance plan!

One thing I want you to remember for this step: It is not your job as a
guest to know what to ask for. So many guests feel bad for not knowing
what they want but it's really ok! Part of my job that I love is helping
guests decide what will work best for their unique texture, lifestyle and
desired maintenance plan!

I do all of that by:
-Asking the right questions
-using visuals to clarify
-sometimes saying no when something isn't right for you or your hair!
Step 2 : the service
Here's where the magic happensI I know your time is precious which is why I will always work efficiently but one thing I won't do is compromise my work or your hair by rushing. From perfectly tailored haircuts to seamless color, everyone will get to enjoy the best
part, the shampoo! All color services utilize L'oreal Professional color, designed to add
shine, hydration and improve the health of your hair while still being long-lasting!
Your custom mixed shades will then be saved in my system so we have it
ready for your next visit!
Whether we get lost down a rabbit hole of conversation or simply enjoy
my latest indie playlist find on Spotify, I will always take your lead!
I have Wi-Fi, sparkling water, delicious seasonal beverages, snacks, phone
chargers, and more to keep you comfortable during your service. Please feel
free to bring a book, headphones, or work laptop with you.
Your time in my chair is yours, so you never have to worry about how to
spend your time with me!
Step 3 : saying goodbye
We will finish our time with a little product lesson, a styling of your choice, and if time allows, a mini photoshoot! This is where we get to snap some gorgeous pics of your new hair!
Don't worry about posing or anything, I'm an expert at getting everything to look just right!

Next I'll recommend any at home care I think your line-up at home is
missing and also let you know when to book your next appointment!
